1. Agreement These terms govern your use of www.graceelondon.com and all purchases from Gracee London. Placing an order constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Pricing All items are subject to availability. Prices are in GBP and exclude shipping & taxes (added at checkout). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are offers to buy; we may accept, reject or cancel them. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or other gateways.

4. International Sales For non-UK orders: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT and customs charges. Gracee London is not liable for customs delays or costs.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gracee London shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

6. No Warranties Products are sold “as described”. We exclude all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law (including satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose), except where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
